Do credits carry over?
No, unused credits reset at the end of each month. You receive new credits every month.
What happens when I upgrade?
It takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount and receive prorated credits. Example: If you upgrade from Starter to Pro 10 days after your subscription started, you'll receive about 67% of the credit difference (20 remaining days). (9,800 credits × 67% ≒ ~6,500 credits added) Your billing cycle stays the same.
What happens when I downgrade?
It takes effect at your next renewal. You keep your current credits until then. At renewal, your credits reset to the new plan's amount and you're charged the new plan's price.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
